Our Process to Build Your Dream Concrete Pool

Our concrete swimming pool construction process makes sure that your dream pool is delivered smoothly, safely, and of high quality. See our 10 STEP process below.
Our team will meet on site to discuss your specifications in order to provide you with a quote for your pool construction. Our team will conduct a site inspection, noting access, location of services (sewer pipes, storm drains) and the proposed position of your pool.

We ensure that the work we do for you is safe and efficient by doing this for you and giving you an accurate estimate of the cost for the pool construction.
For the construction of your swimming pool, we handle all of the council approvals and engineering. Our team immediately lodges all the necessary documents for approval of the pool once the Master Builder contract is complete. Approximately two weeks.

In order to process your application, we will need your Lot and RP numbers (found on your rates notice), a copy of your house site plan and a constructed survey plan (helpful, but not essential).
Our swimming pool construction process begins as soon as we receive approval from the council. Once the pool has been marked out, we will meet on site to ensure the positioning and dimensions are satisfactory to you. We can begin digging your new pool once the confirmation and signature have been obtained.
Engineering engineers inspect all steelwork used in the construction of the pool shell before it is sprayed.
To comply with the Australian Standard (AS 2783), we use pool spray concrete with a strength of 25MPA.
To guarantee proper adhesion, we wait 28 days before tiling and finishing the interior.
As your pool cures, we will install your external electrical, plumbing, and filtration systems. During markout, the filtration position is discussed.
A tile band is added to the waterline if you choose one, after the required curing period. Once the pool coping tile is laid (on top of the pool), the next step is to lay the pool coping tile (on top of the pool). For the coping to be properly installed, a level concrete bed must be laid on the entire pool surface.
As a result of the Pool Fencing laws, it is necessary to put in place the permanent fencing before applying the pool interior finish. This will be done after the fencing has been approved by our certifier. Pebble crews will acid wash your pool surface once the interior pebble has been applied. The pool should then be filled after this process is complete.
A complete handover will be done once your pool is completed, explaining in detail how to maintain the chemistry and equipment of your pool.
